Randal Lautzenheiser believes that providing exceptional service is the key to success. He is a member of the board of directors of the Midtown Neighbors Association, works with the Midtown Alliance, and is Chairman of Neighborhood Planning Unit E (NPU-E), which includes some of Atlanta's most vibrant in-town communities -- Midtown, Ansley Park, Sherwood Forest, Home Park, Loring Heights, and Brookwood Hills. He has been a Realtor since 1985, and a Broker since 1988. He has achieved the advanced real estate degrees of Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Broker (CRB), where he learned proven negotiating and marketing techniques that allow him to excel in marketing homes and assisting buyers. Randal hails from Ohio, and has called Atlanta home since 1983. He is a Midtown resident. |

After graduating from the College of William & Mary with honors, he spent 12 years as a Certified Public Accountant with a "Big Six" accounting firm, specializing in the areas of banking and real estate. Strong management skills give him a definite edge in negotiations and empower him to deal professionally with complications before they become problems. David has a strong commitment to customer service. "My clients view me as a trusted advisor and advocate, not as a sales person," he says. He attributes his tremendous repeat and referral business to these valuable relationships.
